Some items I ordered were out of stock

If our partner runs out of the items that you ordered, we'll adjust your order accordingly. You can check the order section for the updated order.

When placing an order, you'll have these options. Please select one of the below as your preferred replacement for any unavailable items:

Remove it from my order*: The selected items will be removed from the overall order. You won't be charged for the unavailable items and your bill will be updated on the Order page with the items crossed out.

Cancel the entire order: The entire order will be cancelled if a single item is unavailable. Other selected preferred replacements will be overwritten if this option is selected.

Call Me: Some of our partners allow for a call me function, and if this option is offered then our partner will contact you via the phone number you registered with us if the selected item is unavailable. You would have most likely agreed to an alternative for the unavailable item and based on this, your order will be updated.

*Please take note that the default option for unavailable items is to remove the item from the order.

*You'll be given replacement options for each item in the order, so kindly choose the option wisely before proceeding to checkout.

*Note : Some of these options are not available for shops.
