Order not placed but charged

If your order wasn't successfully placed but your card was charged, we will try to facilitate you with the issue.

Why did this happen??

This issue could have occurred by the bank/payment gateway or a technical glitch on our end where you were wrongly charged for an unsuccessful order. If the payment was received by foodpanda, it will be reverted to your pandapay wallet/original payment source within 3-4 business days.

However, if you do not receive your payment after 4 days, please follow the mentioned steps to file a dispute with your bank:

  1. Call the help center of your respective bank.
  2. File a case in your bank against the affected amount.
  3. Follow the steps and timeline as guided by your respective bank for payment reversal.
