Before onboarding our riders, their past criminal and behavioural record are investigated through local authorities.
We don't tolerate any incidents which threaten the safety of our customers and other stakeholders. All reports of such nature will be prioritised and immediately escalated to senior members of our team for an investigation.
To ensure your safety during the pandemic, all our riders wear masks during their shifts and practise frequent sanitisation while on duty. You may also opt for contactless delivery to minimise contact. On our end, we're onboarding vaccinated riders and ensuring our remaining fleet is vaccinated as well.
Our team will support any resulting investigations however we can.
